The accommodation and location
Ol y Don is a sympathetically modernised traditional stone cottage situated in a unique location, perfect for the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, the Nevern Estuary, beaches, and is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Newport.
On arrival, you'll notice the private wooden-gated off road parking and the large private grassy garden area surrounded by trees. There are almost two acres divided into a garden area and a paddock - so there's ample space for kids to play, pets to roam, and for garden picnics for all.
Inside you'll find the welcoming snug with a wood burning stove, a large L-shaped sofa for all the guests to relax on, and also a secondary small dining area if a meal in front of the TV is in order. There are also patio doors out to the veranda and rear patio area.
Also on the ground floor, is the fully equipped open plan kitchen / dining area. The kitchen area being well appointed with oak cupboards and granite surfaces with a gas fired AGA, dishwasher, fridge and two sink.
An adjacent utility room is equipped with a washing machine, conventional electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
The light and airy dining area benefits from a large wooden table and chairs with surrounding windows which have views across the garden.
There is also a luxurious shower room on the ground floor.
Ascend the lighthouse style slate spiral staircase, and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - One double, and two twin rooms, all of which are tucked neatly into the eaves.
There's also family bathroom with a roll top bath - perfect for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.

Tucked away quietly next to an estuary that flows into the sea some half a mile or so to the west.
