The accommodation and location
Tucked away out of sight at Parrog harbour, Min y Mor is a large traditional house, which has been tastefully modernised whilst retaining a wealth of Georgian charm.
Inside, you'll find a light and airy living area with a wood burner, ample comfy seating, and a TV - off the living room there is also a conservatory. A separate fully equipped open plan kitchen / diner is situated on the opposite side of the entrance hall. In the conservatory is a further dining table and furniture leading to the south facing patio. There is also a wet room off the conservatory - ideal after a day at the beach.
In the kitchen / diner, you will find a double oven range style cooker, and all the paraphernalia you'll need to rustle up some hearty evening meals.
Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms - 1 master with en-suite, 1 double and a twin on the first floor, and two doubles in the attic space, one of these doubles also houses two single beds. There are also 3 bathrooms over the two upstairs floors.
Outside the property is the south facing patio, gardens and parking area. The sunken patio with mountain views is equipped for alfresco dining with wooden outdoor furniture and BBQ. There are two lawned garden areas, one to the fore of the property and another which enjoys views to the mountain and also sports wooden garden furniture.
The car parking space is large enough to accommodate 4 cars or 3 and a small boat, and there is ample space for Kayaks.

Just 150 metres from Parrog beach, and a 10 minute walk from Town - tucked away behind the scenes with views to Carningli mountain.
