The accommodation and location
Set in the stunning Pembrokeshire National Park with mountain walks right outside the door to the top of Garn Fawr outcrop, Bryn Niwl enjoys uninterrupted views to the Irish Sea and the north Pembrokeshire coastline – the nearest beach (Aber Bach) is a 15 minute walk down-hill or 5 minutes by car.
Inside the cottage, you'll discover a spacious and contemporary open-plan kitchen / dining room with extraordinary sea views, marble worktops, underfloor heating, and elegant deep blue kitchen units.
Off the kitchen, you'll find the original heart of Bryn Niwl - the cosy living area with wood buring stove. Deep velvet sofa and chairs reflected in the large floor to ceiling ornate mirror. This room is a perfect cwtch (snug) to relax in front of the fire and to watch a movie after a day on one of the local beaches or a walk on the mountain. To the side and above the sitting room, is the crog loft balcony room, with a single bed in the eaves at the top of the wooden staircase.
Through a wooden panelled door off the sitting room, is the first of the two double bedrooms, a boutique hotel style room with oak floors, sea views, and high quality comfy bed. This room opens onto a custom built dressing room and study.
Through the dressing room, you'll discover the impressive master bathroom, with twin basins, deep bath and hand crafted Morrocan gold tiles. Taking a deep bath in this room is a truly 5 star experience!
From this bathroom, you can enter the main hall which follows the length of the back of the house, off which you will find the second larger double bedroom with king size bed, antique furniture, and a vaulted ceiling with roof lights and chandelier. There is also a small galley sleeping area suitable for a small agile child.
Also off the hall is the tiled wet room with a second loo. At the end of the hall is a second door back into the kitchen / diner.
