The accommodation and location
Cefnfor is a spacious, pet friendly, single storey bungalow with hidden views across Newport Bay.
Inside, you'll find light and airy, functional rooms, allowing for a great family holiday or a relaxing romantic getaway - just a short 20 minute walk from Newport town centre.
There's a semi-open plan kitchen / diner, with a stunning farm house style dining table with seating for up to 8 guests - perfect for a family get together. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and clothes airer.
To the rear of the property, you'll find the large living area with stunning views over the garden to Morfa Headland and the bay beyond. There's ample well positioned seating (for taking in the view), and a large TV with Netflix if required.
Next to the living area is a central hall running the front to the back of the property with French doors to the rear garden area.
There are four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table, bedside drawers with lamps, an armchair, and a view over the garden. There is also an en-suite with bath and shower over.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside table and lamp.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, a bedside table, lamp and an armchair.
Bedroom 4 contains a single bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers and benefits from both a garden and a sea view.
As well as the en-suite in bedroom 1, there is also a bathroom with a walk in shower, wash basin and WC, plus a separate wet room with handrail, shower chair and WC.
Outside, there is garden space at both the front and the rear of the property, both have lawned areas and are bordered with shrubs. In the rear enclosed garden, you'll find high quality rattan garden furniture for alfresco dining, and views to the bay. There is also off road parking for up to 4 cars on the hard-standing to the front of the property.
